Enjoy the stay in our house, with pleasent atmosphere and nice furniture. The near center of Kössen makes the car dispensable. Pleasant silence, clean air and nice views to the panorama of "Wilder and Zahmer Kaiser" give a special note to our house. Golf, biking, hiking, climbing, tennis, rafting, canyoning, paragliding, horse-riding or swimming in the lake of Walchsee or at the "Kössener Erlebnis-Waldbad" (free entry) ... everything is possible! In the winter close-by cross-country-ski-tracks, the Unterberg for skiing/snowbarding and a lot of different possibilities of going sledding, skating or winter-hiking (snow-tubs) invite to a personal "winter-adventure". Our house is about 100 m next to the center of Kössen, with a big garden, playground for the children and a big meadow. We have 8 appartments (2 - 7 persons, 26 - 72 sqm) in our "main-house" and the "bio-houses" (3 terraced houses, up to 7 persons, 85 sqm). Free for our guests: bikes, mountainbikes, special children-bikes, table-tennis, table top soccer, child's-play-ground, PC and Internet, livingroom with TV and all our wellness-area (indoor swimmingpool with reverse-flow-equipment, bottom spring and integrated spa bath, sauna, steam-bath, aroma odeur grot and fitness-area)
